Agency Workflow Manager

When you encounter a pile of Pick-up Sticks strewn across the floor do you see a colorful constellation or something to be color-coded and placed back in a box?

 Kelly MarCom seeks someone to corral the ever-moving pieces. We seek a workflow manager.

Opportunity

The position demands someone detail oriented and willing to coordinate outside vendors, client deadlines and internal scheduling. The workflow manager is the stoplight, the funnel and often the final word on how projects move forward. Quality control and efficient completion of projects requires careful balance and the ability to see beyond the clutter to the goal on the horizon.

Job requirements include:

• Undergraduate or higher education
• 5+ years experience in traffic management or similar position
• Agency experience required
• Proven management efficacy
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
